A1 Minibus – Terms and Conditions of Carriage
- Section 1 – Introduction: A1 Minibus is a group that brings together several licensed operators in the chauffeur-driven car rental (NCC) sector. Therefore, the entity that accepts the booking request may differ from the one that performs the service. By confirming the booking, the Client acknowledges having read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- Section 2 – Client’s Duty of Disclosure: The Client must inform A1 Minibus, at the time of booking, of any special requirements, including excessive luggage, need for child seats, transport of persons with disabilities, or any other specific needs. Failure to disclose such information, if it prevents the service from being carried out, results in the full charge of the agreed amount with no refund.
- Section 3 – Night Service Surcharge: For services requested and/or performed between 10:00 p.m. and 6:30 a.m., a surcharge of 10% of the total service amount applies, with a minimum of €12.00.
- Section 4 – Passenger Conduct and Liability: The Client is responsible for the behavior of all passengers. Damage or soiling caused by inappropriate conduct (including intoxication or vomiting) will result in a penalty of no less than €500.00 to cover extraordinary cleaning and vehicle downtime. Additional damages will also be charged after assessment.
- Section 5 – Corporate and Business Clients:
- Airport parking: after 45 minutes of waiting, a €20.00 parking fee applies or according to SAVE rates.
- Payments: for companies with an established relationship, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
- Cancellation: at least 3 hours’ notice — no charge; less than 3 hours — 100% charge.
- Section 6 – Private Clients:
- Airport parking: after 45 minutes, a €20.00 parking fee applies or according to SAVE rates.
- Cancellation: at least 6 hours’ notice — no charge; less than 6 hours — 50% charge; less than 3 hours — 100% charge.
- Section 7 – Waiting Time and Delays: After 1 hour of waiting beyond the scheduled pickup time, an extra fee of €40.00/hour is applied, calculated in 15‑minute increments.
- Section 8 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court where A1 Minibus has its registered office, unless otherwise required by law.
